These Official Contest and Rewards Rules ("Official Rules") apply to challenges, fantasy competitions, leaderboards, Treasure Quests, quizzes, mini-games and other promotions offering coins, points, gifts or other rewards through the Cosmos Fantasy mobile application and website (each a "Promotion").
1. Sponsor
Promotions are sponsored and administered solely by Cosmos Fantasy, the developer and operator of the Service ("Sponsor," "we," "our" or "us"). Questions about a Promotion may be sent to
contact@cosmos.xyz.
2. Acceptance of the Rules
By entering a Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the specific details displayed for that Promotion before entry ("Promotion Details"). Promotion Details include the Promotion name, entry period, entry method, scoring criteria, eligible territory, available rewards and number of rewarded positions.
If Promotion Details conflict with these Official Rules, the Promotion Details control only for the dates, scoring method, eligibility, rewarded positions and rewards of that Promotion. All other provisions of these Official Rules remain in effect.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid Cosmos Fantasy account and be at least 13 years old.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A prize may need to be accepted on your behalf by that parent or guardian.
Unless the Promotion Details state otherwise, Promotions are available to legal residents of Algeria where participation and prize fulfilment are permitted by law.
Employees, contractors and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, may not enter.
You must provide accurate account and contact information and comply with these Official Rules throughout the Promotion.
4. Promotion Period
Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times shown in its Promotion Details. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time are not eligible. The Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping system. We may postpone a closing time when an underlying football fixture or data source is officially postponed, suspended or corrected; any change will be displayed in the app.
5. How to Enter
Sign in to your Cosmos Fantasy account, open the relevant Promotion and complete the entry steps shown before its deadline. Depending on the Promotion, this may require joining a challenge, submitting a fantasy team, answering a quiz, completing a game, joining a leaderboard or completing the stated Treasure Quest objective.
Only one account per person is permitted.
Only entries recorded successfully by the Sponsor's servers are valid.
Creating multiple accounts, using bots or automation, exploiting bugs, falsifying activity, manipulating scores or referrals, or interfering with another participant is prohibited.
No paid plan, purchase or cash payment is required to enter or win.
6. Scoring and Winner Determination
Promotions are based on the skill or activity described in their Promotion Details:
Fantasy challenges and leagues: ranking is based on fantasy points calculated from the real-match statistics and scoring rules displayed in the app.
Leaderboards: ranking is based on the eligible score accumulated during the stated gameweek, event or season.
Quizzes and mini-games: ranking may be based on correct answers, valid score, completion time or a combination disclosed before entry.
Treasure Quests and referrals: eligibility or ranking is based on the valid objective or referral activity described in the Promotion Details.
For fantasy competitions, equal total points are separated by the tie-break score displayed in the app: captain points, active starters, remaining budget and bench points. If the tie-break scores are also equal, the team registered first ranks higher. Any different tie-break method for a quiz, mini-game or Treasure Quest will be shown in its Promotion Details.
Results remain provisional until the Sponsor verifies the underlying data, eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor's verified calculation is final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Rewards
The type, number and amount of rewards and the positions eligible to receive them are displayed in the Promotion Details before entry. Rewards may include virtual coins or points, or a physical gift.
Coins and points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Physical rewards are subject to availability and delivery eligibility shown in the Promotion Details.
No substitution or transfer is permitted except that the Sponsor may provide a reward of equal or greater value if the advertised reward becomes unavailable.
Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties or costs not expressly stated as included.
8. Winner Verification and Notification
Potential winners may be notified in the app or through the email address or telephone number associated with their account. They may be required to confirm their identity, age, residence, ownership of an imported fantasy team and compliance with these Official Rules.
A potential winner may be disqualified and the reward may pass to the next eligible participant if the winner cannot be contacted, does not provide requested verification within the stated period, refuses the reward, provides false information or is otherwise ineligible.
9. Delivery of Rewards
Virtual rewards are credited to the eligible account after verification. Physical rewards are delivered using the information confirmed by the winner. Delivery timing and available delivery areas may vary and will be communicated to the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for delivery failure caused by inaccurate information supplied by the winner.
10. Fair Play and Disqualification
The Sponsor may investigate suspicious activity and may reject an entry, remove a score, cancel a reward, suspend an account or disqualify a participant for cheating, collusion, multiple accounts, automation, identity or ownership fraud, abuse of a bug, interference with the Service, harassment of other participants or any breach of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use.
11. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
If fraud, a technical failure, an unavailable data source, a cancelled sporting event, force majeure or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control prevents a Promotion from operating fairly, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it. Where reasonably possible, we will notify participants in the app and will not reduce an already earned and verified reward.
12. Privacy
We process account, score, ranking, contact and delivery information to administer Promotions, verify eligibility, publish leaderboards and deliver rewards as described in our Privacy Policy. Public leaderboards may display a username, team name, avatar, score and rank.
13. Release and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries; network or device failures; unauthorized interference; or inaccurate third-party sports data. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. No Affiliation with Apple or Football Organisations
Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any manner with the Promotions.
Promotions are sponsored and administered solely by Cosmos Fantasy.
Cosmos Fantasy is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, the official Fantasy Premier League game, any football club or any football governing body. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
15. Questions and Disputes
Questions or complaints must be sent to contact@cosmos.xyz with your username, the Promotion name and the relevant date. We aim to respond within three business days.

3. الأهلية

ما لم تنص التفاصيل على خلاف ذلك، تتاح العروض للمقيمين القانونيين في الجزائر حيث تسمح القوانين بالمشاركة وتسليم الجوائز.
لا يجوز لموظفي الراعي أو المتعاقدين أو الممثلين وأفراد أسرهم المشاركة.

4. فترة العرض
يبدأ كل عرض وينتهي في التواريخ والأوقات المبينة في تفاصيله. خوادم الراعي هي المرجع الرسمي للوقت. يمكن تمديد الموعد عند تأجيل أو تعليق أو تصحيح مباراة أو مصدر بيانات رسمياً، وسيظهر أي تغيير داخل التطبيق.
5. كيفية المشاركة
سجّل الدخول وافتح العرض وأكمل الخطوات قبل الموعد النهائي. قد يتطلب ذلك الانضمام إلى تحدٍ، أو إرسال فريق فانتازي، أو الإجابة عن اختبار، أو إكمال لعبة، أو الانضمام إلى ترتيب، أو تنفيذ هدف كنز.
تحديات ودوريات الفانتازي: نقاط محسوبة من إحصائيات المباريات الحقيقية والقواعد المعروضة.
لوحات الترتيب: النتيجة المؤهلة المتراكمة خلال الجولة أو الحدث أو الموسم المحدد.
الاختبارات والألعاب المصغرة: الإجابات الصحيحة أو النتيجة الصالحة أو الوقت أو المزيج المعلن قبل المشاركة.
الكنوز والإحالات: الهدف أو نشاط الإحالة الصحيح الموضح في التفاصيل.
في مسابقات الفانتازي، يُفصل التعادل بواسطة نتيجة كسر التعادل المعروضة: نقاط القائد، اللاعبون الأساسيون النشطون، الميزانية المتبقية ونقاط الاحتياط. إذا استمر التعادل، يتقدم الفريق الذي سجل أولاً. تُعرض أي طريقة أخرى في تفاصيل العرض.
تبقى النتائج مؤقتة حتى يتم التحقق من البيانات والأهلية والالتزام بالقواعد.
7. المكافآت
يُعرض نوع المكافآت وعددها وقيمتها والمراكز الفائزة قبل المشاركة. قد تشمل عملات أو نقاطاً افتراضية أو هدية مادية.
لا قيمة نقدية للعملات والنقاط، ولا يمكن نقلها أو بيعها أو استبدالها بالنقد.
تعتمد الهدايا المادية على التوفر ومناطق التسليم المعلنة.
يمكن للراعي استبدال هدية غير متاحة بأخرى ذات قيمة مساوية أو أكبر.
يتحمل الفائز الضرائب أو الرسوم أو التكاليف غير المشمولة صراحة.
8. التحقق والإخطار
يمكن إخطار الفائزين المحتملين داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف. قد يُطلب تأكيد الهوية والعمر والإقامة وملكية الفريق المستورد والالتزام بالقواعد.
يمكن استبعاد الفائز المحتمل واستبداله إذا تعذر الاتصال به، أو لم يقدم الإثبات في الوقت المحدد، أو رفض الجائزة، أو قدم معلومات كاذبة، أو لم يكن مؤهلاً.
9. تسليم المكافآت
تضاف المكافآت الافتراضية إلى الحساب بعد التحقق. تُسلّم الهدايا المادية باستخدام المعلومات التي يؤكدها الفائز. لا يتحمل الراعي مسؤولية فشل التسليم بسبب معلومات خاطئة قدمها الفائز.
10. اللعب النزيه والاستبعاد
يجوز للراعي التحقيق أو رفض مشاركة أو حذف نتيجة أو إلغاء مكافأة أو تعليق حساب أو استبعاد مشارك بسبب الغش أو التواطؤ أو الحسابات المتعددة أو الأتمتة أو تزوير الهوية أو الملكية أو استغلال خلل أو تعطيل الخدمة أو المضايقة أو مخالفة هذه القواعد.
11. التعديل أو التعليق أو الإلغاء
إذا منع احتيال أو عطل تقني أو مصدر بيانات غير متاح أو إلغاء حدث رياضي أو قوة قاهرة أو ظرف آخر سير العرض بشكل عادل، يجوز للراعي تعليقه أو تعديله أو إلغاؤه، وسيتم إبلاغ المشاركين عندما يكون ذلك ممكناً بشكل معقول.
12. الخصوصية
نعالج بيانات الحساب والنتيجة والترتيب والاتصال والتسليم لإدارة العروض والتحقق من الأهلية ونشر الترتيب وتسليم المكافآت وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
13. تحديد المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمل الراعي مسؤولية المشاركات المفقودة أو المتأخرة أو الناقصة أو التالفة، أو أعطال الشبكة أو الجهاز، أو التدخل غير المصرح به، أو بيانات الرياضة غير الدقيقة من أطراف أخرى.
14. عدم الارتباط بـ Apple
Apple ليست راعياً ولا تشارك بأي شكل في العروض.
تُرعى العروض وتُدار حصرياً من طرف Cosmos Fantasy.

3. Elegibilidad
Debes tener una cuenta válida de Cosmos Fantasy y al menos 13 años.
Si eres menor de edad en tu país, necesitas el permiso de un padre o tutor legal, quien podrá tener que aceptar el premio en tu nombre.
Salvo que se indique lo contrario, las Promociones están disponibles para residentes legales de Argelia donde la participación y entrega estén permitidas.
No pueden participar empleados, contratistas o representantes del Patrocinador ni miembros de sus hogares.
La información de cuenta y contacto debe ser exacta.
4. Periodo de la Promoción
Cada Promoción comienza y termina en las fechas y horas indicadas en sus Detalles. Los servidores del Patrocinador constituyen el sistema horario oficial. Un plazo puede aplazarse cuando un partido o fuente de datos sea oficialmente aplazado, suspendido o corregido; el cambio se mostrará en la aplicación.
5. Cómo participar
Inicia sesión, abre la Promoción correspondiente y completa los pasos antes de la fecha límite. Puede ser necesario unirse a un desafío, enviar un equipo fantasy, responder un cuestionario, completar un juego, entrar en una clasificación o cumplir el objetivo de una búsqueda del tesoro.
Solo se permite una cuenta por persona.
Solo son válidas las participaciones registradas correctamente por nuestros servidores.
Están prohibidos las cuentas múltiples, bots, automatización, abuso de errores, actividad falsa y manipulación de puntuaciones o referidos.
No se requiere ninguna compra, suscripción o pago en efectivo.
6. Puntuación y ganadores
Desafíos y ligas fantasy: puntos calculados a partir de estadísticas de partidos reales y las reglas mostradas.
Clasificaciones: puntuación elegible acumulada durante la jornada, evento o temporada indicada.
Cuestionarios y minijuegos: respuestas correctas, puntuación válida, tiempo o la combinación anunciada antes de participar.
Tesoros y referidos: objetivo o actividad válida descrita en los Detalles.
En las competiciones fantasy, los empates se resuelven mediante la puntuación de desempate mostrada: puntos del capitán, titulares activos, presupuesto restante y puntos del banquillo. Si continúa el empate, queda mejor clasificado el equipo inscrito primero. Cualquier otro método se mostrará en los Detalles.
Los resultados son provisionales hasta verificar los datos, la elegibilidad y el cumplimiento de las Reglas.
7. Recompensas
El tipo, número y valor de las recompensas y los puestos premiados se muestran antes de participar. Pueden incluir monedas o puntos virtuales, o un regalo físico.
Las monedas y puntos no tienen valor monetario, no son transferibles y no pueden canjearse por dinero.
Los regalos físicos dependen de disponibilidad y de las zonas de entrega anunciadas.
El Patrocinador puede sustituir un regalo no disponible por otro de valor igual o superior.
Los impuestos, aranceles o gastos no incluidos expresamente corresponden al ganador.
8. Verificación y notificación
Los posibles ganadores pueden ser contactados en la aplicación, por correo electrónico o por teléfono. Puede solicitarse la confirmación de identidad, edad, residencia, propiedad de un equipo importado y cumplimiento de las Reglas.
Un posible ganador puede ser descalificado y sustituido si no puede ser contactado, no aporta la verificación solicitada a tiempo, rechaza el premio, proporciona información falsa o no es elegible.
9. Entrega de recompensas
Las recompensas virtuales se acreditan tras la verificación. Los regalos físicos se entregan con los datos confirmados por el ganador. El Patrocinador no responde por fallos causados por datos incorrectos proporcionados por el ganador.
10. Juego limpio y descalificación
El Patrocinador puede investigar, rechazar una participación, eliminar una puntuación, cancelar una recompensa, suspender una cuenta o descalificar por trampas, colusión, cuentas múltiples, automatización, fraude de identidad o propiedad, abuso de errores, interferencia, acoso o incumplimiento de estas Reglas.
11. Modificación, suspensión o cancelación
Si fraude, fallo técnico, fuente de datos no disponible, cancelación deportiva, fuerza mayor u otra circunstancia impide que una Promoción funcione de forma justa, el Patrocinador puede suspenderla, modificarla o cancelarla e informará a los participantes cuando sea razonablemente posible.
12. Privacidad
Tratamos datos de cuenta, puntuación, clasificación, contacto y entrega para administrar Promociones, verificar elegibilidad, publicar clasificaciones y entregar recompensas conforme a nuestra Política de privacidad.
13. Limitación
En la medida permitida por la ley, el Patrocinador no responde por participaciones perdidas, tardías, incompletas o dañadas, fallos de red o dispositivo, interferencias no autorizadas o datos deportivos de terceros inexactos.
14. Sin afiliación con Apple
Apple no es patrocinador ni participa de ninguna manera en las Promociones.
Las Promociones son patrocinadas y administradas exclusivamente por Cosmos Fantasy.

Escribe a contact@cosmos.xyz indicando tu nombre de usuario, la Promoción y la fecha correspondiente. Nuestro objetivo es responder en tres días laborables.

En cas de contradiction, les Détails de la Promotion prévalent uniquement pour les dates, le barème, l’éligibilité, les positions récompensées et les récompenses.
3. Éligibilité
Vous devez posséder un compte Cosmos Fantasy valide et avoir au moins 13 ans.
Si vous êtes mineur dans votre pays, l’autorisation d’un parent ou représentant légal est obligatoire. Celui-ci pourra devoir recevoir le prix en votre nom.

4. Période de participation
Chaque Promotion commence et se termine aux dates et heures affichées dans ses Détails. Les serveurs de l’Organisateur font foi. Une échéance peut être reportée lorsqu’un match ou une source de données est officiellement reporté, suspendu ou corrigé ; toute modification sera affichée dans l’application.
5. Comment participer
Connectez-vous, ouvrez la Promotion concernée et terminez les étapes affichées avant l’échéance. Selon la Promotion, il peut s’agir de rejoindre un challenge, soumettre une équipe fantasy, répondre à un quiz, terminer un jeu, rejoindre un classement ou réaliser l’objectif d’un Trésor.
Un seul compte est autorisé par personne.
Seules les participations correctement enregistrées par nos serveurs sont valides.
Les comptes multiples, robots, automatisations, exploitations de bugs, fausses activités et manipulations de scores ou de parrainages sont interdits.
Aucun achat, abonnement ou paiement en espèces n’est nécessaire.
6. Classement et détermination des gagnants
Challenges et ligues fantasy : points calculés à partir des statistiques des matchs réels et du barème affiché.
Classements : score éligible accumulé pendant la journée, l’événement ou la saison indiquée.
Quiz et mini-jeux : réponses correctes, score valide, temps de réalisation ou combinaison annoncée avant la participation.
Trésors et parrainages : objectif ou activité de parrainage valide indiqué dans les Détails.
Pour les compétitions fantasy, une égalité de points est départagée par le score affiché dans l’application : points du capitaine, titulaires actifs, budget restant et points du banc. Si l’égalité subsiste, l’équipe inscrite la première est mieux classée. Toute autre méthode applicable à un quiz, mini-jeu ou Trésor est indiquée dans ses Détails.
Les résultats restent provisoires jusqu’à vérification des données, de l’éligibilité et du respect du Règlement.
7. Récompenses
Le type, le nombre et le montant des récompenses ainsi que les positions récompensées sont affichés avant la participation. Les récompenses peuvent être des coins, des points ou un cadeau physique.
Les coins et points n’ont aucune valeur monétaire, ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables contre de l’argent.
Les cadeaux physiques dépendent de leur disponibilité et des zones de livraison annoncées.
L’Organisateur peut remplacer un cadeau indisponible par un cadeau de valeur égale ou supérieure.
Les taxes, droits ou frais non expressément inclus restent à la charge du gagnant.
8. Vérification et notification
Les gagnants potentiels peuvent être contactés dans l’application, par e-mail ou par téléphone. Ils peuvent devoir confirmer leur identité, âge, résidence, propriété d’une équipe importée et respect du Règlement.
Un gagnant potentiel peut être disqualifié et remplacé s’il est injoignable, ne fournit pas les justificatifs dans le délai indiqué, refuse le prix, transmet de fausses informations ou n’est pas éligible.
9. Remise des récompenses
Les récompenses virtuelles sont créditées après vérification. Les cadeaux physiques sont livrés avec les informations confirmées par le gagnant. L’Organisateur n’est pas responsable d’un échec de livraison causé par des informations incorrectes fournies par le gagnant.
10. Jeu équitable et disqualification
L’Organisateur peut enquêter, rejeter une participation, supprimer un score, annuler une récompense, suspendre un compte ou disqualifier un participant en cas de triche, collusion, comptes multiples, automatisation, fraude d’identité ou de propriété, exploitation d’un bug, perturbation du Service, harcèlement ou violation du présent Règlement.
11. Modification, suspension ou annulation
Si une fraude, une panne, une source indisponible, l’annulation d’un événement sportif, un cas de force majeure ou une autre circonstance empêche le déroulement équitable d’une Promotion, l’Organisateur peut la suspendre, la modifier ou l’annuler. Les participants seront informés dans l’application lorsque cela est raisonnablement possible.
12. Données personnelles
Nous traitons les informations de compte, score, classement, contact et livraison afin d’administrer les Promotions, vérifier l’éligibilité, publier les classements et remettre les récompenses conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité.
13. Limitation
Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, l’Organisateur n’est pas responsable des participations perdues, tardives, incomplètes ou corrompues, des pannes de réseau ou d’appareil, des interférences non autorisées ou des données sportives tierces inexactes.
14. Absence d’affiliation avec Apple
Apple n’est pas sponsor et ne participe d’aucune manière aux Promotions.
Les Promotions sont exclusivement sponsorisées et administrées par Cosmos Fantasy.
Cosmos Fantasy est une application indépendante, sans affiliation, approbation ni sponsoring de la Premier League, du jeu officiel Fantasy Premier League, d’un club ou d’un organisme de football.

Écrivez à contact@cosmos.xyz en indiquant votre nom d’utilisateur, la Promotion concernée et la date. Nous visons une réponse sous trois jours ouvrés.
