Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose:

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

After we receive and process your request:

Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you'll be logged out
Within 7 days: Personal data (email, profile info) will be permanently deleted
Within 30 days: All associated data will be removed from our active systems
Within 90 days: Data will be removed from backup systems

Aggregated statistics: Anonymous usage data for analytics (no personal identifiers)
Legal records: Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years)
Security logs: Fraud prevention and security audit trails (anonymized)

You can also request account deletion by:

Email: Send a request to contact@cosmos.xyz with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the mobile app
