Cosmos XYZ is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, particularly minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behavior that endangers children.

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for child exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any form of abuse targeting minors. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Cosmos XYZ, protecting children is our highest priority. We are committed to:
- Preventing child exploitation: Proactively detecting and removing any content, accounts, or behavior that exploits or endangers children
- Protecting minors: Implementing age-appropriate safeguards for users under 18
- Swift response: Taking immediate action against violations of our child safety policies
- Collaboration with authorities: Working closely with law enforcement, NCMEC, and child protection organizations
- Transparency: Maintaining clear, publicly available safety standards and reporting mechanisms

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or solicits child sexual abuse material, including but not limited to:
- Sexually explicit images, videos, or content involving minors
- Computer-generated, drawn, or animated depictions of minors in sexual contexts
- Content that sexualizes children or depicts them in sexually suggestive poses
- Links to external sites containing CSAM
- Solicitation or distribution of CSAM
Important: All instances of CSAM are immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement. We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with investigations.
2.2 Child Exploitation and Abuse
We prohibit content and behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children:
- Grooming: Establishing contact with a minor to facilitate abuse, including building trust for sexual purposes
- Sexual solicitation: Requesting sexual content from minors or attempting to engage minors in sexual conversations
- Sextortion: Threatening to share intimate images of minors to extort them
- Trafficking: Content related to child sex trafficking or exploitation
- Physical abuse: Content depicting or promoting physical harm to children
- Emotional abuse: Severe bullying, harassment, or intimidation of minors
- Exploitation for profit: Using children inappropriately for commercial purposes
2.3 Age-Inappropriate Content
We prohibit sharing content with minors that is inappropriate for their age:
- Sexually explicit material shared with or directed at minors
- Graphic violence or disturbing content targeting minors
- Content promoting dangerous activities, self-harm, or suicide to minors
- Illegal substances or dangerous behavior marketed to minors
2.4 Privacy Violations of Minors
- Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent (doxxing)
- Non-consensual sharing of images or videos of minors
- Impersonating minors
3. Age Verification and Access Controls
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Cosmos XYZ requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. This complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international standards.
3.2 Age Verification Process
We implement the following age verification measures:
- Self-declaration: Users must provide their date of birth during registration
- Behavioral analysis: AI-powered detection of accounts that may belong to users under 13
- Verification requests: Suspicious accounts may be required to provide age verification

3.3 Under-Age Account Removal
If we become aware that a user is under 13:

Users play a critical role in keeping Cosmos safe. We encourage reporting of:
- Suspected CSAM or child exploitation

- Accounts belonging to users under 13
- Any behavior that endangers children

6.2 Reporter Protection
- Anonymity: You can report anonymously; your identity is protected
- No retaliation: We prohibit retaliation against reporters
- Confidentiality: Reports are handled with strict confidentiality
- Good faith protection: Good faith reports are protected even if the concern is not substantiated

7.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:

- Permanent ban: Immediate and permanent account termination
- Device ban: Blocking the device from creating new accounts
- IP ban: Blocking IP addresses associated with severe violations
- Law enforcement referral: Reporting to authorities as required by law
7.3 Reporting to Authorities
We report child exploitation to:
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children): All instances of CSAM are reported via CyberTipline
- Law enforcement: Local, state, federal, and international agencies as appropriate
- Child protection agencies: When children are identified as at risk
- International authorities: INTERPOL, Europol, and country-specific agencies
Legal Compliance: We fully comply with all legal requirements including 18 U.S.C. Β§ 2258A (reporting CSAM), international reporting laws, and preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigations.
